How much is your delivery fee?
Free delivery for orders of S$49 and above; or a delivery fee of S$10 applies.
Self-collection is by appointment basis only. Please WhatsApp us before dropping by.

Can I customise the products?
Yes! Get in touch with us and we can chat about creating the product that's unique to you. Customisation will take around 2 to 14 working days, depending on item's availability.
Do you collect deposit for products & bouquets customisation?
Yes we do collect 30% deposit upon order confirmation for products & bouquets customisation. However, should there be any changes or cancellation be made, kindly inform at least 7 working days in advanced. We will work on the refund of deposits. No refund is to be processed if notification provided is less than 7 working days.
What do I need to do to care for the preserved flowers?
These preserved flowers have been processed to maintain their fresh appearance and can last for several months or even years! If dusty, use a blower (turned to the lowest heat and the lowest fan speed) to gently blow off dusts or use a piece of dry cloth to wipe off the collected dust.
All you need to do is just avoid putting your flower dome in damp area, and avoid direct sunlight as it may result in discolouration of the flower petals.
Can bridal bouquet be delivered a night before?
Yes, bridal bouquet will last; however, there are some care tips to take note on.
*We do not deliver Tulips bridal bouquet a night before.
How do I keep my bridal bouquet fresh?
All of our bridal bouquets delivered are with a glass vase filled with water, it is given complimentary.
- Please keep the bouquet's stems in vase filled with water at all times
- Avoid taking the bouquet in and out of water frequently
- Keep the bouquet in upright position to avoid hurting the petals
- After photo taking or the ceremony, trim the stems by an inch before placing the flowers back into water again to better preserve freshness of the flowers
- No refrigerator is required as household fridge is different from our floral cooler. Avoid direct sunlight and place it in a cool place, air-conditioned preferred
Do you do repair for the floral glass domes?
We do provide repair services and charges vary.
A few repairable conditions are as followed:
1) Replacement of glass dome's glass cover, small S$15, medium S$17, large S$18 (only for glass domes purchased from Ladyblooms Floral & Gifts, exclude delivery)
2) Replacement of damaged flowers, or a change of flower's colour, starts from S$20*

*3 - 5 working days.
*Dome needs to be sent in to our studio by appointment basis or collection of dome is S$10/trip.
Are you a registered business entity?
Yes, our company registered name is Ladyblooms Pte Ltd and registration number 202015107Z.
Do you do event venue's decoration?
Yes, we do event venue's decoration for all occasions, that includes but not limited to wedding proposal, wedding, corporate function, birthday celebration.
Do you supply customised corporate gifts?
Yes, we customise gifts from floral curations to corporate items customisation using embroidery or laser printing. We do sourcing of items too.
Is your confectionery Halal?
Yes, our cakes, brownies and cookies are freshly produced by Three's A Crowd cafe, which is a certified Halal cafe.
Since my order is eligible for free delivery, do I get free express delivery service for ordering above S$49?
As we engaged 3rd party service for express delivery, a top up of fee difference is required. For example, express delivery fee of S$30 is quoted by the delivery company, customer will need to top up a S$20 (this is on top of the free delivery S$10). This will be communicated before any arrangements are made.
