Standard Delivery Fee & Store Pick Up

Free delivery for purchases above S$59 or there is a S$10 delivery fee applies. 

 

A top up of S$18 delivery fee applies for:

1) Delivery to restricted zones

Zones such as (but not limited to)

- Airport zone

- Camps

- Jurong Island

- Jurong Port

- Tuas

*please let us know if clearance is required

 

2) Delivery to be made at an exact time (within an hour or two)

 

3) Express delivery arrangement (for order placed after 9am daily but require same day delivery service)

 

Delivery Timing

Orders made before 9am, same day delivery available.

*Not applicable to items on pre-order basis and with customisations.

All orders placed after 9am, will be delivered on the following day by default unless a preferred date is chosen.

Note: During COVID period, there might be restrictions in placed for deliveries made to hospitals, do check with the facilities before placing an order.

As for peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Festive seasons, the morning slots will be from 10am - 4pm; while afternoon slots from 2pm - 8pm.

Please bear with us as we are trying our best to get all items delivered as soon as we can.

 

Delivery on Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays)

10am - 2pm

2pm - 6pm

For urgent deliveries or request to deliver at a specific timing, fares are stated in the fees section.

 

Store Pick Up

Pick up slots for Tuesday to Saturday (including Public Holidays)

10am - 12noon

2pm - 5pm
