Returns and Exchange Policies
All products sold on Ladyblooms site are with quality assurance. Product colours may vary, due to the lightings used during photoshoot. We ensure all items are carefully packed and in perfect condition when delivered; thus no refund request will be processed.
Exchange
Should you change your mind before item is dispatched for delivery *at least 7 working day before, please call or WhatsApp customer service with your order number at +65 9475 9958 to arrange for the exchange of items. *Subject to stocks availability. Item's value should be the same or of higher value, as no refund in cash or to credit card will be made for items of lower price chosen.
Refunds
As for the 30% deposit collected for products & bouquets customisation, no refund is to be processed if notification provided is less than 7 working days.
Note:
1) All customised gift sets and confectionery items such as ice creams, cakes and cookies will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
2) All masks purchased will not be eligible for exchange or refund due to our strict hygiene policy.
3) Fresh flowers arrangements relies on daily supplies from local floral importer. Our florists may replace some of the fillers without prior notice, focused flowers remain to maintain the overall design. Should there be a difference in colour variation, we will notify and confirm with buyer via WhatsApp. Once confirmed, no refund request will be processed.
*IMPORTANT:
Do note that for payment done via PayPal, there will be a processing fee of (3.4% + S$0.50) charged to the total transacted amount, this is a fee charged by PayPal, NOT by Ladyblooms.
